What do you think about this idea -
Its been on my mind for a while and I'm basically obsessed.
We all love micro-brews right (duh)?
What about micro-distilling? Smaller, craft bourbons and vodkas with finely tuned flavors and infusions?
I basically want this to be my career. Can't you see it - de Groot brand Bourbon?
for days that seem like dreams are often the sweetest reality...

There is actually a growing movement for craft distilling and a lot of it is taking place in Vermont. Although most of the focus is on vodkas I think you should push ahead with De Groot Bourbon!!
